This private bedroom measures 10’ x 10’ and comes furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside shelves with bedside lamps, 10” memory foam Mattress and bed frame includes four large drawers for under bed storage. Rent is $750 plus an additional $100 per month to cover utilities, Streaming services and High Speed Internet. Profession House cleaning every 2 weeks. Common areas includes a spacious open floor plan on main level featuring the kitchen, dining table, living room and half bath. Patio door off the kitchen onto the deck provides an amazing scenic view of the front range & the Rock. Dart board and Ping Pong table is located in the cozy unfinished walkout basement. Washer and dryer are located on the top floor close to bedrooms. Credit & Background check will be required.
