I originally bought the house last year with a friend, but a mental health crisis has put us in the position of needing to find folx to move in to help with the mortgage. The mortgage is $, and because I have the master bedroom and use the garage as my Art studio, I take on the bigger share. Utilities, internet, and City services come out to $ each month depending on the usage of electricity, heating, and air. I like to play music while I’m in the shower, and have my headphones in while working. Together, we would come up with Community Agreements to live by and a chores list. I would be responsible for any repairs.

You will have priority access to the shared bathroom. There is street parking 🅿️ There is a two car garage however there isn’t actually safely enough space to park two cars in the garage because the vehicles 🚗 would be too close together making it difficult to get into either car. There is a backyard. A washer & dryer and WiFi access.About us:My sister and my teenage niece live here as well. house in a fairly nice area. Parking on street and driveway. My father comes to spend the winter months from up north, he’s in his ’s we are both easy going. I have cable and really fast internet with good WiFi coverage (I play games and Sim Race when I’m not working usually) The landlord will require a light credit check and rental history I will remain the main lease holder.
