Each private room has a locking door for your own security. The currently available room is large and is located downstairs near the laundry. Shared spaces in the home include: Bathrooms, Kitchen (with 3 fridges), Dining, & Family Room with piano! Off-street parking is available. Large backyard to enjoy as well as a garden and three decks! Current tenants are polite, quiet, and mostly introverted. This is a community, not just a room rental thus all residents gather for a business/social meeting once per month. Housemates must be "clean" (no drugs, no smoking or vaping). Potential tenants need to meet & be approved by other tenants. No pets or alcohol in the house.

Near St. Edward State Park and access to some trails for bikes or short hikes. The rate provides not only upstairs and a private bathroom. I am open to two roommates with some vetting. There is also a space downstairs next to kitchen that you can make your own. Same with the patio out back. With that much space I think is pretty fair for the area. I am easy going as long as there is mutual respect for one another. Most of my time is spent in the home office either working or playing games. I am usually out of the house in the evenings for a workout, playing soccer, or taking my pup down to the park. During the day I'm fairly low key, as I am holed up in my little corner of the house working.
