I am a dance teacher, I’m looking for a roommate to occupy a condo in Webster/Clearlake area that I plan to purchase in March-May time frame. I would be willing to work out rent and a rough estimate would be about $. That would include your own room and bathroom. I would prefer a female and someone who doesn’t smoke.
