Workin creative looking for chill room mate with basically just a bedroom furnishing to move in. I travel often so not home too much. Lookin for someonw w good vibes and a steady job. My home is my sanctuary so i keep it pretty private. Occasionally i host other muralists from out of town- ( times a yr) occassional company is totally ok. Great apartment with utilities and internet included. Night owls welcome. Lots of natural light in apartment and a lovely back porch. Room can hold a queen size bed and dresser. Tv mount included in room. ( pictures show room w some things in it- ive been using it as a second studio- i will move those things out. Closet shows the same). If a smoker - only outside. No pets please. Security deposit required. Basically 1 st and last month rent.
