I got 2 bedrooms because it was like $ bucks more haha so i guess I’ll rent it out now. I am not strict on the price to be honest haha. We can negotiate to help you out best. I am very chill, I work a lot. I do sales so I’m gone a lot for a week or so at a time. It is very quiet here and I’m the first person that lives here. They are new apartments. The clubhouse it very nice and it has a heated pool through the year. Gold simulator and a nice gym. Utilities will be included for you. And I pay the electricity so you won’t have to worry about that. I’m excited to meet you and give you a tour.
