Hello, I am a -year old homeowner looking for a responsible and respectful roommate. Ideally would like a lease of at lease 6 months but am willing to negotiate on time span.You get a private room and bathroom in the house. Laundry, kitchen, and living room area are shared. Garage space is available as well. The monthly rent is $ (includes utilities and WiFi) and the room is available on immediately.The house is located in East Bremerton about minutes from downtown Bremerton and Bangor. A public bus stop is also a quick walk away. I currently live with a young, extremely friendly corgi that sheds and doesn't always respect personal space. I am willing to consider an additional dog under the right circumstances. I keep the house relatively clean but am not super organized.
