The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast( minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, minutes to Golden, minutes to Boulder, and less than minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!)Rent is $ month.
