There are two main bedrooms, plus two extra rooms that could be used as offices. The third room upstairs easily doubles as a guest room and office. There is one bathroom with tons of storage and a primary kitchen, there are two living area-like spaces. There is tons of storage, a porch, and a parking spot - super useful in the winter! The apartment is $+utilities but that is absolutely a steal. Move in is December 1st. I plan to put down a security deposit November 1st to hold down the apartment until December when we are both ready for move in. On December 1st, first and last month’s rent is due as well.
