Deposit would be the same as the rent $. The shared kitchen and living room are upstairs. The master suite where I live is also upstairs. There is a two-car garage and a shared library/office space downstairs as well. I am a teacher with a small dog looking for a chill working professional(s) who respects personal space and cleanliness. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis per the owner of the property. Utilities, internet, etc. would all be shared. The lease for this property is up in June, but I am hoping to find a roommate who wants to resign with me to stay another year.
