We strive to have a welcoming, comfortable, and pleasant environment. Although the house has multiple residents, the house always remains quiet. Our residents mostly keep to themselves and are in their bedrooms, usually, when not at work or the kitchen. We look for tenants who are friendly, respectful, and who clean up after themselves.
