I have 1 room available south side of Lincoln. Nice quiet neighborhood and house is kept clean. Minutes from SouthPointe mall and Hyvee a couple blocks away. I have two large friendly dogs that you will need to be ok with. Prefer roommate’s that stay active or at least enjoy outdoor activities. Private rooms, laundry, dishwasher, hottub, firepit, showers/bath, water softener and appliances/ furniture included in common area.
