Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a roommate for December . Occupants are both guys ages . You would have your own unfurnished room, shared bathroom with one other person and access to all house amenities. There are two cats as well who are very affectionate and love attention but aren't looking to add any additional pets. The house has a spacious yard, dishwasher, central AC, washer/dryer and off street parking.Ideally, you’ve had roommates before and understand shared living/boundaries/cleanliness :).
