I’m looking for a room and a bath in the sun city area but will look at any location. I am moving mid November and will want to rent for about 3 months maybe 4. I am looking at town homes when I arrive and don’t want to be rushed. I left Arizona after many years and am moving back permanently to escape the cold dark winters.
