Fridge space is kind of limited, but plenty of pantry space. Bit of a homebody so if not at work you can often find me in somewhere on the 1st floor. A small area in the basement could be offered for storage. A good tenant is paramount. I do prefer a student but it’s not necessary tbh. I would like to interview multiple people before deciding.
