Seeking mature straight / gay friendly responsible, clean, gainfully employed person. Available for only ONEperson, with references verifiable and paperwork long term preferred. First and last month's to move in. Month to month agreement with day notice.* Security deposit cannot used as rent * It is very important that your work schedule is Full time and it is not allowed to work at home.
