The top floor has three bedrooms and the bathroom. The rent is paid month to month so there’s no lease to get locked into. There is plenty of street parking around the apartment, and no need to move for street cleaning. The town in which the apartment is located has a great atmosphere. One of my current roommates is moving out at the end of November and I’d like to fill that spot so I don’t lose this wonderful apartment!
