So my partner and I (both trans) are either looking for a roommate/couple to move into the main big room with an attached bathroom at $ish a month or a complete rent takeover. The full rent is $ a month. We're in SE Vancouver. The house is bath, two living areas, a garage, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully fenced backyard. If you'd like to be our roomie, we likely could squeeze one more dog in if needed, we just have two pitties already. Both super friendly though. The rental company has no breed restrictions! You just have to fill out a prescreening profile, put down the $ deposit, and pay the pet rent. We pay $ a month to have the dog poop cleaned up every week, and yard care is already included.
