Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment in North Hollywood. The apartment is spacious and in a safe, quiet area with good neighbors. It has in-unit laundry and central air/heat. (You will also get your own parking space in the parking garage.) The common spaces in the apartment have furniture, but your room will be completely empty when you move in.As for me, I am a male marketing professional who makes short films for fun.
