This app doesn’t like me typing numbers apparently. I have two rooms for rent. First is seventeen by eleven feet. Rent is one thousand and fifty dollars. Deposit is the same. The second rooms is eleven by ten feet. Rent and deposit are ninehundred.Both bedrooms are on the main floor and will share a bathroom. All utilities are included. Internet is 1gig up and down. Laundry is on the basement floor. We also have a Hundred and fortyfive inch projector screen downstairs. Movies, sports, video games! I (Thirtyeight M) and my roommate (Twentynine M) have our rooms downstairs.I have a dog (Basset/Frenchie mix) and two cats. We have a doggy door and a privacy fenced in yard. So long as yours gets along with mine, additional pets are allowed.  I don’t pay on here.

I have a sub basement room for rent. It has its own room, bathroom, living room, and access to the backyard for a month. Internet, utilities, water, and trash are included. The washer and dryer are located there so expect me and the other housemates to come down every now and then for laundry.The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and devices. Dogs, cats, or other animals are fine as long as they get along with my two huskys and the other roommates dog and that you clean up after them and they are house trained.There is a move in fee deductible of two hundred and fifty that is returned upon moving out as long as there is no severe damage to the property by the tenet. The rent can be payed on the first of the month, or split into two payments on the first and the fifthteenth. Rent is month to month so you don't have to worry about extra costs if you end up wanting to move out or find somewhere better. Military is prefered but not necessary. All I ask is for no children, be decently clean, and don't bring trouble to my doorstep.
