The bathroom has to each the bedroom and living space room. Both bathroom doors lock from inside the bathroom. There is also an additional half bath upstairs that you can use anytime! They both have their own closets & tenant is able to use both. Rooms feature carpeted floors and a ceiling fan. The house was built in and has matte black modern finishes through out. The upstairs living area includes a living room, kitchen, half-bath, and laundry room which are all fully furnished and considered a common area you’d be welcome to use as well.
