Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the cottages from September until . It’s fully furnished and the house is coed. The room is on the bottom floor so it’s pretty private. We signed early so the rent is cheaper it’s + utilities. All the roommates are super cool, mostly just keep to them selves but also love to hang out. There’s one cat that lives there but he stays in the roommates room upstairs. It also comes with a lot of good amenities like free internet, washer/dryer, shuttle to u of a, security and at the club house there’s a pool, gym, study rooms, tanning bed, movie room, and a golf simulator. Also it’s great cause one of the roommates doesn’t live here so you pay for 4 people’s utilities but it’s split 5 ways! Let me know if you’re interested
