Room: Large garden facing room with built in wardrobe. Fully furnished with double bed (mattress 3yo, regularly steam clean and protected), rattan and wood furnishings (medium coloured), soft garden green light with beautiful air flow (2xwindows, ceiling fan)Home: big home in cannonvale on a quiet street. The house has been lived in more than 3 years now so fully set up, I have another month private lease with no plans for non renewal by myself or the owner✨. 4 bedroom home, sharing with 3 other females and 2 spoiled doggos. Pool in the front, garden in the back, downstairs living area and shared bathroom (huge bath) small kitchen but own locker style pantry cupboard and large fridge shared between 3 only, multiple dining spaces, upstairs living area, large shared balcony, shared bathroom upstairs as well. Lots of air, lots of plants lots of light throughout. It’s set up boho coastal with lots of texture and natural finishes. Bills: included in rent; Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, pool maintenance/cleaning, general house clean 1xper week, gardens 1xfortnight w additional tree trimming, house sundries (washing powder, tp, detergents, etc), annual pest control, streaming services, regular pressure cleaning of concrete areas, garden waste removal. we are looking for the perfect fit for our harmonious home, someone whose values align and is clean, tidy and respectful. Not considering heavy drinkers, drug users or smokers. Not considering couples - one occupant for the room only. Females preferred due to anxious pup.
