My kitchen is fully equipped, I literally have everything so I can't really accommodate anything else. I just need a roommate who will respect my stuff and clean up after themselves. Me: Early s, professional, artist, and kind of a nerd. I work full time, I am very chill, don't party and I rarely have anyone over. My daughter does live with me, she is and is more of an adult than most adults. She is quiet, keeps to herself and you won't really see her much. I also have a small dog, not obnoxious, very well trained, sweet, and hypoallergenic (she doesn't shed). I am a very clean person; the way the apartment looks in the photos is how it always looks (except for the christmas decor). You: Clean, respectful, dependable, stable. No smokers (not even outside smokers), no pets or kids.
