The master bedroom is a much larger room of a bright and sunny bath apt that is on the top floor of a 8 unit building with friendly neighbors and shared laundry room. This affordable $ per month, $ deposit apt includes, renters insurance, water and garbage bills. Shared SDG&E and internet will be available at an additional rate. Renter will need to be approved through property management, with good credit and proof of income. There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of moodsetting lights you like.The house itself is bright and peacefull with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances (includes washer, dryer, solar panels, AC, and heating). Hi!! I have a bedroom available for rent in a bathroom apartment. It’s located super close to mission bay. My current roommate is moving out August th so I’m looking for someone to move in between then and September 1st. Utilities (wifi, gas, electric, water, trash and sewerage) do vary from month but on average are about one hundred and I included that in the monthly rent price. There is heater but no AC. Parking is on the street as well as there are parking lots for tenants only but they get filled pretty fast after 6pm (there are parking garages for a hundred a month but there is a wait list). The place is pet friendly and I love animals, but I would definitely just want to know more if you had any pets coming with you (pet rent is fifty a month and there is a deposit fee). The property has a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a small gym, and they are renovating the club house. I included pictures of my room as well as what the extra room looks like empty and how my roommate decorated it.
