Plenty of closet space to hang clothes and store belongings with the two attached side by side closets. There is space for dresser and desk/tv stand if desired. You will have your own detached bathroom to utilize, shared in-unit washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. There is also some garage and extra common closet space available if needed for storageFeatures: Walking distance to the grocery stores, gym and other amenities along 4th ave and/or Duvall ave. 5 minute drive to I-, and Coal Creek Pkwy month lease, rent (), security deposit (), proof of income and copy of identification due at signing.
