Hello everyone! I’m looking for a short-term room rental (around 6 months) on the Westside, ideally Santa Monica, Venice, or Mar Vista. I’m planning to move in around February 1st and the room doesn’t need to be furnished. I’m years old, calm, easygoing, and respectful. I’d love to find a place with people around a similar age, where the vibe is friendly, clean, organized, and drama-free. It would be great to live somewhere we can be friends. I love photography, fashion, beach days and keep creative. Ideally, I’m looking for a place where I can have my own bathroom, and a -friendly environment would be a plus. My budget is $.
