I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I keep shared spaces tidy. I work regular hours and value a peaceful home environment.
I’m responsible with rent, communicate clearly, and treat the place like my own. I’m looking for a month-to-month arrangement, as I plan to stay through around June , and would be happy to remain longer if it’s a good fit.
