Huge room available in Washington H bed one bath apartment with kitchen and living room (pictures of the apartment coming soon) in a 5 floor walk-up building. Both rooms are far apart which gives you more privacy. The room comes semi furnished with a king bed and the clothing rack (no closet!) - everything else you see in the pictures are from my current roommate that’s moving out. If you don’t want the bed I can get rid of it. It will be available for move in ideally on Jan 2. First month’s rent + one month’s deposit required. All utilities included (gas, electric, internet, cleaning supplies, toiletries). I’m refurnishing the apartment as my roommate is moving out soon some of the furniture you see in the common areas might not stay. Video of the room available upon request.
