I’m looking to move somewhere in Auburn Hills in May of this year (). I’d ideally want to apply for an apartment and split rent and utilities with a roommate, but I’d also be interested in renting a room. My credit score is in the “Fair/Good” range (anywhere from depending on the bureau). My budget is anywhere from $/mo including rent, maintenance, and utilities. If I got an apartment with someone, I would expect rent to be split equally. I don’t really care about getting the master bedroom, as long as my bathroom is not shared. I work a at an office job. I don’t do parties, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I have a couple friends I might hang out with here and there but other than that I don’t really have events or anything. I enjoy making chiptunes, making useless spreadsheets, talking to my friends online, drawing, writing stories, and playing the occasional RPGMaker game. I spend weekends doing boring things like budgeting and chores. I like to stay as clean as possible. I’m not a fan of dishes in the sink. I’m not a fan of clutter. I wouldn’t describe myself as a maximalist at all. In a roommate, I’m looking for similar standards to my own. You don’t have to share my exact hobbies or sleep schedule, but being respectful of each other’s needs is extremely important to me. Please, if you don’t think I would be a good fit to live with you, do not live with me. I have been in that situation and it’s miserable for everyone. :( Full disclosure, I am LGBT.
