I have a bedroom in a duplex to rent out with a private bathroom and washer and dryer in the duplex. a month which does not include utilities. It is in Ashland Missouri. No pets I have a dog and that’s enough. No drinking no smoking no drugs. Very quiet neighborhood/ very clean place.
