The dining room has a table for 6 and currently has my desk for working from home days a week. The bathroom is split which keeps us from tripping over each other. 2 blocks from the lower Haight, 4 to Alamo park, 6 to Hayes valley. We share the roof deck with our downstairs neighbors, a young, quiet couple. I’m a native San Franciscan, middle-aged but still fun. I work in biotech operations. Not home all that much, quite clean but not necessarily tidy. The 2 little dogs would be fine with a small dog. But no big rambunctious dogs. You must not be a hoarder, basically clean, never smokes/vapes inside. If you are an adult, who pays rent on time and won’t thrash out the flat we could get along!
