The one great thing I found in that layout is both the rooms are of almost equal size, unlike we see a master room and a guest room most often.The apartment would have great balcony view – you can see the tennis court, volleyball court, swimming pool, club house everything in a medium distance at the same time the balcony won’t have that much visibility from these common places as they are at much lower height. Saddle creek community is a calm and quiet one away from road noises and have great scenic ambience. I do see all ethnicity is mixed in a well-balanced way as well. It is pet friendly and extremely hygiene campus.Not very strict about the rent amount – we can talk on that. Also, no gender preferences, open to students and professionals, open to all age categories and having or not having a pet also okay for me. My main intention is to have someone to chat with rather than being alone in the apartment all the time.
