My kids are lovely, polite, responsible, and reasonably independent. They are at an age when they are too old for daycare and cannot be home alone for long periods. Our home is in Old Leawood, and we have a bright, updated walk-out basement suite with a separate entrance. There is a bathroom, kitchen area, and laundry.
