Upstairs twelve by twelve ft room available with shared bathroom. Your roommates would be 3 gay single men and 1 partnered lesbian. FYI ... we have two cats (Janey and Betty) and one dog (Kiki). Kiki mostly stays upstairs with one of my roommates. We are all quiet, clean and respectful. If you decide to take the room, you'll need to fill out an application for the property managers and pay a $forty credit check fee.

The house is a Victorian home in Alameda. With an upstairs and a downstairs until, I own the house and live upstairs. The downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, one bath, with a finished living room and a kitchen. There is currently a gentleman living in one of the bedrooms.
