Bathroom is shared between one other working professional female. Living room and kitchen is shared space. Pots and pans and utensils and appliances are provided for use by one of the roommates same with shared space table and living room furniture/entertainment. Washer and dryer in the condo as well as all furniture provided. The room furniture is provided unless you do not want it then it can be removed. Two female engineers/IT consults work from home hybrid schedule. So we would ideally like a third working professsional. Proof of income required and at least 2x rent. No additional pets allowed. There is one dog in the condo, and he is an old sweet dog that is fully trained. Access to the community center with a pool and fitness center and it is a gated community.
