I have 2 anxious kitty cats so kids and dogs are a STRICT no, but I have pet gates and they can % be kept out of your space if you prefer. While I enjoy beer and wine, I am % over my party phase, I don’t smoke at all. In my spare time, I like to paddle board, garden, try new restaurants, experiment with healthy recipes in the kitchen, watch Netflix/Prime TV/Hulu/etc. Big fan of fantasy, sci-fi, and psychological horror.
