I work as a Marketing Representative for a brand new town home community (still being built) and have lived on for a year. Since I work for the company, deposits would be waived, but a background and credit check would still need to be run. It's about a min drive to the Casino and not a terrible commute to Wesley Chapel or even Tampa.If you work from home, there is also a section on the section story where a desk could be placed. You'd get your own bathroom with a shower tub, so plenty of privacy.
