private bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level of our townhome. we live on the third floor so you’ll have some added privacy! fully furnished kitchen and living room with in unit laundry and dishwasher! we keep our shared spaces neat and clean and are looking for someone to do the same! rent covers utilities and we split pge/ wifi between the three of us :)
