I am a retired female that planned Florida to be my last hoorah.😀 I love to decorate my home but always a work in progress . If I could find a tenant that's handy around the house I'm sure we could negotiate rent. Anyway, I'm friendly but someone who doesn't pick up after themselves, unkept, leaves trash and personal belongings scattered throughout the house would be the quickest way to change my disposition. So, would love to show you my house and get this party started. I have had a hard time getting my location corrected from Montgomery, Ala to the correct location of Manatee County, Florida so hope we're on the right page. Hope to hear back🤳
