Hey, I'm Devon - early s, grounded, honest and transitioning into solo living after a long marriage. I work full time, keep a clean, respectful home, and want a roommate who's mature, kind and easy to deal with . I'm a recently out queer man and building a space that's safe, progressive and free of drama. I love music, tabletop RPGs and my teenage son may visit overnight once in a while. Dealbreakers: No smoking, vaping or of any kind. No dogs or kids living here (though cats rule). But fair warning, if you are conservative or MAGA aligned, this won't be the right fit. If you're respectful, open minded and value a peaceful, inclusive home, we'll get along just fine.
