Haven’t rented my room yet, but it’s got a brand new bed for the most part you have a separate bathroom pictured but shared with occasional guest. Looking for someone that doesn’t mind occasional ADULT parties. Maybe cpls or just one. I’ll have company on the weekend once a month. I’m very respectful full , very nice and you have access to the whole house….Questions I’m at . John
