I live in a lovely home in Riverside. I’m a hardworking educator who’s looking for someone who doesn’t have much stuff because my home is fully furnished. I must have someone who loves dogs because I have two fur babies. You just have to love them. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has a good job and works during the day, as I work in the afternoons and evenings. You’ll have your own room, bathroom, and use of the entire house. Please don’t smoke or have any other animals. This is the perfect place for a student or someone who just needs a calm place to relax. I’m looking for someone who loves puppies, but I’m okay with a month-to-month lease. Please only apply if you’re a single person. Not looking for more than one roommate please.
