Hi, I'm Patty. I have a house in Arvada with a couple of rooms to rent. My two daughters are grown and moved out of the house so i have some extra space. I'm looking for a roommate to help a little with expenses on a month-to-month basis. I'm pretty easy going and easy to get along with. Could be permanent if it works out well.
