I am a senior entrepreneur with a nice home with rooms along with use of a private back yard, hot tub, laundry room, swimming pool, parking, flower boxes, and swing are located for rent in Phoenix Arizona. There are nearby parks, a large stocked fishing pond, walking trails, interstate highway, shopping galore, restaurants, plaza, bus lines and churches.
I also have an entire small cottage house in beautiful Hayden, Idaho near a lake and forest which could be operated as a small business along with ample living space with two entry ways, a large grassy yard, trees and nearby lake and airport for flying, fishing, boating, swimming and loads of fun. It is close to shopping, schools, churches, movies and easy access. It includes covered parking along with a fenced yard, a boat shed and sidewalk along a commercial blvd with restaurant and lounge across the street. Located in Gods county less than miles from Canada.
