Returned from LA seeking to sublet one bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) in a 2BR apt. with access to Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room. Prefer apt free of smoke and shedding pets (I'm allergic). Home is my sanctuary for peace and relaxation…I like to keep it clean, chill, free of drama and heavy traffic/parties. I'm quiet, rarely have guests, and very aware and respectful of shared rooms in cleaning up after myself, I clean my dishes after each use or at least within hours. Can't deal with sink of dirty dishes for days. I freelance in film and television as an Art Dept. Coordinator, Prop & Set Dresser.
