-Year-Old ASU Graduate (B.A. Business Law, Minor in Real Estate) looking for a place to move into ASAP. I work as a Financial Analyst for a Property Managment Company, and if I have any flaws as a roommate, it's that I'm kind of a clean freak... So looking for a place to live in the ~$ range. I currently live in Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to Boondocks and am trying to stay in this area. Would love to find someplace close by, furnished (I don't own furniture), and ideally my own bathroom (but not a deal breaker). I work from home Monday and Friday, and I'm in the office Tuesday-Thursday. I generally keep to myself, and kind of do my own thing. I love to play pool, golf, pickleball, and go to the gym (not a big partier). My current lease ends June so the sooner I can find a place the better!!
