✨ August Sublease on University Ave!✨HIi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment for August of . I live at Ulofts in a furnished bath unit. The floor plan is a Penthouse. Both bedrooms are the same size and have their own bathrooms. All utilities are in the pictures attached! My current roommate is moving out so I am unsure of the next person coming into the unit. Rent for next year is $ including water, WiFi, and all amenities. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. You must have a key to enter the building, so it is safe. I have found it much more economical than dorms and a meal plan since it is right across from campus, I am just looking to move in with my best friend next year!
