Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets, last housemates had a huge golden retriever that was out of control and landlord is not comfortable with potential damage. Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord is kind of a stickler and requests equivalent first/last/deposit upon move in but you just won’t pay your last month and deposit will be returned at the end of lease term.
