Existing room mate (1) male, and me and my fiance. We are chill, quiet and often don't see each other but a minute or two upon returning home from work. 2 fun spirited cats also live at this home.The room is furnished with a Queen Bed, Dresser, WIFI and Refrigerator. The bathroom is shared and has a shower and 2 sinks to use.Renter needs to be responsible, have full time employment with the same company for at minimum 1 year.
